Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

Shared, WordPress and Reseller hosting plans purchased on a monthly, annual or multi-year cycle are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee (excluding setup fees, add-ons and domain registrations).

2. What Is Refundable

• Hosting fees within the 30-day guarantee window.
• Unexpired time on prepaid hosting plans cancelled mid-cycle (prorated).

3. What Is Not Refundable

• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals (registry fees are paid to third parties and non-refundable).
• SSL certificates and other third-party add-ons once issued or provisioned.
• Setup fees once the service has been provisioned.
• VPS, dedicated server and custom/management service fees, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• Renewals of services already in use beyond the guarantee window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through your client portal (Support → Open Ticket) within the applicable period. Please include the service and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we will suspend the related services while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact our billing team first — most issues can be resolved immediately.
