1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products and services provided by Xslain Innovations ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, registering for, or using any of our hosting, domain, email or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page, and continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, business email, SSL certificates and related internet services. Service specifications, resource limits and pricing are described on our website and in your order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service (or feature) with reasonable notice where technically or commercially necessary.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase services.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data; where we provide backups they are a courtesy and not a guarantee.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment, Billing & Renewals

• Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout; taxes may apply where required by law.
• Recurring services renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once service has been provisioned.
• All payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that are used for unlawful activity, spamming, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement or any conduct that harms our network, other customers or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, software and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property (or our licensors\u2019). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our services without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time from your client portal. We may terminate or suspend access to the services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination your data may be permanently deleted after a grace period; export your data before cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
